A new apartment in Kalasatama, Jätkäsaari or Pasila: the walls are straight, but the developer painted them standard white — you want your own colour, an accent wall or a clean repaint before moving in, and then it is all about precise edges. A detached house in Lauttasaari, Munkkiniemi or Pakila: interior work plus a facade with a season of its own. At the site visit we tell you straight away which of these is yours — it determines both the amount of work and the price.

In an apartment building a renovation is not only your business: the neighbours are behind the wall, the stairwell is shared and the housing company has its rules. Our team helps with the renovation notice, keeps to the building's quiet hours and keeps the stairwell clean.

We always give a fixed price before work starts — the site visit is free and involves no obligation.
Household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys): you can deduct 35% of the labour cost in your Finnish taxation. MaaliPro is in the prepayment register, so the deduction applies.
